We want you to be happy with your DJCueX subscription. If you are not satisfied with a paid plan (Plus or Pro), you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for all our orders.

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact us at support@example.com and we will help you arrange the refund with Paddle.

Please include your order ID (visible in your purchase receipt email) so we can locate your payment quickly.

EU statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for digital services under the Verbraucherrechterichtlinie (Directive 2011/83/EU). By starting to use the Service immediately after purchase you may waive this right; in any case, our 30-day money-back guarantee above is more generous than the statutory minimum.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net. When you cancel, you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan — your existing tracks remain online, but new uploads beyond the Free limit will be blocked until you upgrade again.

The Free plan has no charges and therefore no refunds apply.
